Remember the time when I found many magazines, databooks, guidebooks, statements, daizenshuu, and interviews stating that Kid Buu is the most powerful Buu? Well, I found another one stating that Super Buu (Gohan Absorbed) is equal to Super Saiyan 3 Goku. What gives?! Also credit to Herms for the translation.

This is utter nonsense, no offense. Seriously, I get how some people can argue Kid is stronger than Super, even if 99% of the arguments are flawed - but legitimately arguing that Goku is stronger than Gohan-Boo is just no.

Elder Kaioshin himself stated that Goku would stand absolutely no chance against Boo with Gotenks absorbed, Gotenks-Boo (who remembered being Kid Boo) stated that he was the strongest Majin to ever have existed, which the Daizenshuu confirms.

There is pretty much infinite evidence that Gotenks and Gohan surpass Goku.

Like Kep, the others and I myself will state, that databook statement is utter bullshit to the highest degree.

Buuhan stomps the shit out of anything that isn't called Vegito or Gogeta. The closest that comes to Buuhan is Super Buu w/ Gotenks. The next is Ultimate Gohan. Then comes SSJ3 Gotenks, then, Super Buu, then SSJ3 Goku, then Kid Buu and then Good Buu.

But the point still stands: Gotenks and Gohan individually solo SSJ3 Goku without even trying. The power gap has been shown and proven multiple times in the entire manga.
