Posting Terry's Skill Set for City of the Wolves, a lot of it seems to be Statistic Amplification and some Damage Reduction from what I'm seeing, which is kind of crazy considering the characters already have Damage Boost

Having tested COTW myself yesterday, there is one skill (Technique Seal) that "seals" the opponent's amplified and super attacks for a while similarly to that of Chizuru's desperation move, while Healing Hands recover a slight amount of health when attacking, and Ashen/Azure Flames can raise attack strength and power gauge growth at certain costs respectively. (limited Fire Manipulation by changed effects?)

Could say the COTW cast may get Non-Physical Interaction for fighting Nightmare Geese (who reappeared in the form of a ghost, as his mortal obsession with the Jin Scrolls bind a part of his soul to the physical world after death).
