About the moon shot, I don't think that guy knew he was gonna get shot. It's an impressive shot to make anyways, but more of a range feat for the gun in the end.

Motion sensors don't really need the heat stuff, though Spy Mask can track off of that.

Insane skill feats seem to lean on the Assassin's side much more, plus his other equipment with his mask as the center piece keeping him equal, if not ahead, of Widow. He's finding her as fast as she is him at worst.

It's pretty matched with what I know so far, but the Assassin takes my Vote For The Reasons Sideways.
