Shiva was also rather unquestionably the real demon, given how his whole interaction went. Also, on the Alcor route, you and him fight against Shiva.

Why possibly? Shiva shows up as a boss fight in every route aside from Daichi's.

Also you can defeat Botis on Day 3.

It's pretty clear you aren't supposed to beat him normally, so any scaling from him would be a possibly at best. Or an outlier.

Eh, I'm not so sure about that, defeating him early has an impact on a later event, meaning it isn't something you aren't supposed to do.
