Shaking a mountain isn't that impressive and Smaug ,even in the movies isn't big enough to be rated as Town to City level.

He is around 20 to 25 meters according to the lord of the rings wiki and he probably has some kind of feat in the second film so i will look if i can find anything.

So, three feats:

Mountain shaking: 11 kilotons

Smashing rock: 1.37 tons

Water boiling: 1.13 kilotons
