This will be quick since its rather straight forward

Zor-El and Brainiac together made a plan to destroy Krypton. The result of said plan is this massive explosion that destroy's Rao (Krypton's sun) and the shockwaves destroy Krypton itself. So for Zor-El

• Tier: 6-A, 5-B with preparation -> 6-A, High-4-C with preparation or 4-B with preparation

For Brainiac

• Tier: 8-C | 6-A -> 8-C, High 4-C/4-B with preparation | 6-A, High 4-C/4-B with preparation

How big is Rao and Krypton respectively? And how far are they apart?

They called Rao a red giant once, but unlike in the comics Krypton doesn't have a canon size. So its vaguely Earth-sized I guess.

That was what my main focus was, since PC has a 34g statement and PF has a 5g one, but Smallville Krypton doesn't have anything about increased gravity as far as I know.

Distance is also unknown. Although I guess you could get a bare minimum distance if you use the Goldilocks zone for Red Giants.
