Apparently Zoom has a Massively Hypersonic rating via scaling to other DC street tiers. Since the majority of street tiers were downgraded to At least Supersonic+, possibly Hypersonic+, Zoom should also be downgraded.

Don't have an issue with this if the characters he's scaling to have been downgraded.
