Should be:

Resistance to Telepathy (Saturn Girl was unable to read his mind)

Plus Ozymandias should get analytical prediction via it just blatantly being in the prequel comic

And also Rorschach is currently 9-C, but on Ozymandias‘ page we have a 9-B feat for Nite Owl

with Nite Owl being able to crack walls with his strength

Rorschach and Nite Owl should scale to each other, thus making Rorschach 9-B
