Small Profile Update for Naruto/Boruto: Speed

The purpose of this CRT is literally just to add the results/conclusion of the Naruto/Boruto speed upgrade CRT to the main page of the Naruto verse, specifically under the speed section as a scaling note. As of right now, no reference to this CRT exists on the main page nor any relevant character pages, making for a seemingly random speed value being given on these profiles despite it not being random in actuality.

First, you don't need a CRT to get a scaling note added. You can just drop your proposal on the general discussion thread for feedbacks
