I have several questions. How many kilometers at least do you need to have a small country level AOE. And also, is it possible to tank absolute zero? If it is, what kind of durability would you need.

Small country level AOE and tanking absolute zero.

About the Small Country Level AOE... well that depends. If I had to say destroying Japan should be enough...
About tanking AZ well if ya have decent durability (how much well I can't really say) and are able manipulate your molecules/atom then you should be capable of tanking it.
Having decent durability and massive amounts of strength shhould also be ok...

Freezing is an interesting topic.
Technically the speed with which something cools down and how it behaves once it cooled down isn´t dependent on how durable an object is.
In case of a human freezing kills in multiple ways.
First by making the body loose its flexibility, so that any movement, breaks it. That would include oneself moving and even internal organs like the heart once they are frozen.
It also freezes the blood so that transportation of oxygen and other important things stops.
By even lower temperatures the chemical reactions in the body stop working, since they require a certain amount of heat to work, which means that suddenly the body can not produce energy anymore that it needs to do anything, including warming itself.
There also is the fact that everything loses in volume when it gets colder, but in different rates. And with the exception of water which increases in volume. That process makes it so that each and every cell in the body basically explodes.
So destruction trough freezing should not fall in the normal durability chart at all, in my opinion.

@DontTalk So if you get hit by an absolute zero attack, you pretty much get disintegrated then? So if you can manipulate your molecules/atoms, like SDZ said above, then you can essentially stop your cells from exploding right? So other then that, there really is no other way to tank it then
