Doesn't he already have this? Also he just meant that his body answers before any response from his senses is necessary. It's a shortcut via reflex action. Similar to Killua's technique, instinctual reactions that bypass the need for processing speed from the nervous system.

The scans do not state that Whis disables his five senses, it says his body parts can move without the need of thought as the sensations aren't needed, not that they are disabled. This is just instinctive reaction (which he already has on his profile) that allows him to dodge threats regardless of what he's thinking.
