Garou showed several feats of self momentum and double jumping in the A class fight iirc

At one moment is when Stinger thrusted at him while he was going for someone else and he did a midair maneuver to dodge it at the last second.

That wouldn't qualify for a double jump like Smash Bros or Sanji.

His more clear cut showing is when he dodges Orochi's bite. He jumped mid-air then did so again, or at least twisted himself a notable distance.

Wait, no, hold on. We are not granting Half Monster Garou Pseudo Flight from this. Garou could simply be reacting fast enough to dodge/grab Orochi's teeth to escape.

My thing is, what would he have jumped off from? There's no impact SFX nor any sign he jumped off Orochi. He just did a mid-air dodge somehow.

It is weird, i'll grant you that. But it's a very poor justification to give Garou Pseudo Flight and other verse supporters would not be ok with allowing this justification in the vs threads.

I don't think using Sanji's sky walk as the standard for double jumping is logical, since it goes beyond that. It is pseudo flight, as you said.
But being able to double jump itself isn't inherently pseudo flight. I don't consider Mario's double jump to be pseudo flight.
