Slight Pokemon Powerscaling Issue

Pineco sould be above anyone who can't learn a move with an animation as impressive featwise as Earthquake

Except that in that possibility, which there isn't one as Pineco cannot learn Earthquake legally, then every Pokémon that's not Magikarp, Pichu, Igglybuff, Cleffa, Togepi, Tyrogue, Azurill, Feebas, Wynaut, Budew, Chingling, Bonsly, Mime Jr., Happiny, Munchlax, Mantyke, Wishiwashi-Single, or Wimpod (yes, I left off Elekid, Magby, Smoochum, and Riolu) would scale.

Your entire argument is a non-sequitur @Mickey

You are saying "Groudon can use Earthquake, and [insert Pokemon who learns Earthquake here] can do so as well, so they are equal"

Except that Groudon isn't scaled from Earthquake.

Even then, using the same move doesn't at all mean your in the same tier of power as higher ups.

Groudons earthquake would be >>>>>> any non-legendary earthquake.

Pineco>>>>>Entei

Entei can't learn earthquake....

Pineco can...

Ergo, hither to, therefore Entei is weaker than Pineco.
