He went from being halfway into his mouth from only his leg being clamped down on.

If the difference in strength was as huge as you're making it out to be he wouldn't even be close to being able to do even that.

Except Gums' jaw is clenched down basically the same amount in both panels tho?

Again, all that indicates is that he tried to slip out. Its not exactly hard to try and slip out of mostly flat teeth. This stil doesn't indicate that he managed to budge his jaw.

This is a bit misleading. Nothing suggests that it was "effortless". Also Golden Sperm was explicitly off guard and not fully powered up. Once he was, he appears to fight Garou on equal grounds until Awakened Garou is born. GS also had to have been giving Garou a difficult time or else Garou wouldn't have been pushed into evolving further against him.
