For the AP section it grants the same ranking as 2017 Kong on the reasoning that they fought Kong, but in the clip none of them ever successfully land a hit on Kong or withstand any of his attacks (one of them being knocked out by Kong backhanding them) so I'm confused why we just assume they should scale equal to him.
Given they have feats of being small building level already listed, and Kong is only building level +, so I can see them being put as small building level whilst still posing a threat to Kong when in large groups (which is what the movie tells us) as opposed to them individually all being equal to Kong in AP (evidently untrue).
