Size Inconsistency Question

So I am currently working on something for some revision, where someone was considered to be the tallest villain to the point it even showed he was as tall as the mountain he came from. Yet, in other shots, he only appeared to be 8 meters tall when I pixelscaled his size. Would the statement and visuals take more priority than the actual scene where the large one is standing next to a regular human, or would I have to do ends?

Depends on how usual his inconsistency happens, because that looks like obvious and horrible mistake by whoever drawned it.

If he is stated and shown to be as big as a mountain, and the 8 meter scene happens once, visuals and statements come before.

Unless his mountain is small or something, because a 8 meter tall being would look like a mountain compared to a human, relatively speaking.

There is no way his mountain would be small, and there is a statement of someone even calling it a mountain. For one, the minimum height to be considered a mountain would be 609.6 meters, and this is even backed up with his shadow covering up several city blocks and him being so tall, his head reaches the clouds and theres even a plane flying under his height. Yet, in many other shots, he is much smaller.
