Single Ability for Arceus

So here's a thing that has been bothering my inner OCD for a while. Arceus has Time, Space, Emotion, Knowledge, and Willpower Manipulation, some by showing them off, itself, and some only because its subordinates, which was created from itself, has the abilities.

Then, shouldn't Arceus also have Antimatter Manipulation, upscaled from Giratina?

I hope I am doing this right, since this is my first attempt at a CRT.
