Is there a point in having pages where all of the stats are Unknown? Stuff like Cheap Trick and Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Drago come to mind.

Depends.
Sans was completely Unknown for a while, yet still VERY usable in combat.
Pages that are completely Unknown because whoever did the profile had no idea about its stats should be deleted, but probably not stuff like Cheap Trick.

It killed people tho. It would just take someone to look at their back.
Also remember that we index characters. If something has no direct combat applicable stats but still some abilities that's fine. What isn't fine is when profiles are left empty out of laziness/removal of feats or whatever.
