Shere Khan easily takes this. Tigers on average are stronger, heavier and more experienced in CQC than lions, and Shere Khan has waaaaaaaay more experience than that. On top of this, tigers are also expert users of stealth, lions are not.
Also, the tiger won against the lion here, so this entire match is moot anyway.
