Silent Masked Killers

While I can't really argue much with the car explosion, Jason (and Freddy) was clearly at the edge of the FvJ explosion, got set on fire, and was sent flying directly into water. Meanwhile Michael was in the centre of the hospital explosion, got set on fire, and had nothing to extinguish the flames with. Also I could argue that while Jason's explosions were out in the open, the hospital explosion was in a room where the explosion wouldn't be nearly as spread out as an explosion outside which can be spread out in every direction (except down to the ground of course). Therefore the explosion would be concentrated in that specific room.

Being set on fire doesn't mean much damage wise, its just an after effect. The real damage is the concussive wave. Michael's explosion also had an escape path through a door.

I agree that it's solid, but it's not enough to overcome the massive gap in physicals or that Jason has much better endurance than Myers.

He got put into a coma for like 2 or 10 years (I can't remeber which), while Jason was only out for a minute. And it's not like that Jason's clearly stronger, and would just decapitate Michael from the start.

Ten years in the Thorn Timeline, but only a couple hours in the H20 timeline.

I feel Jason is way stronger but still can't really kill Michael. And Michael is durable enough to tank hits from Jason but Jason would just push him back over and over and Michael would never have a chance to kill him. Tie imo.

Yes, Jason can. Michael's Regenerationn isn't good enough to regenerate from decapitation. And blunt trauma isn't the same as getting decapitated.

And you think Michael's gonna let himself get decapitated? Hell no! Lori tried that in H20, Michael got out of that, I'm not sure how a zombie with nowhere near Lori's intelligence is gonna pull that off.

That wasn't Michael though. It probably wasn't Michael for a couple of minutes. And anything Michael tries to do to Jason will be easiuly countered due to Jason's superior strength and his durability surpassing Michael's strength. Eventually Jason will decapitate Michael.

I know it wasn't Michael. It was a body swap, which just goes to show Michael's intelligence. Michael is way smarter than Jason.

Myers is definitely smarter than Jason, but that only means that he can be cunning and strategic on occasion. E.g. switching clothes, lying in wait. Jason has gone up against geniuses from the future in Jason X and won because his durability and hax eventually overcame everything they threw at him.

Jason X is not Zombie Jason. Zombie Jason is a zombie with a hockey mask and a machete. Jason X is an unkillable cyborg with a healing factor who needs to be thrown through the atmosphere from space if you wanna kill him.

He gets upgraded into a cyborg towards the end of the film. For most of the film it is indeed zombie Jason killing scientists from the future.

Still, most of the time Jason had the jump on them. Also some of them were just incredibly stupid. Remember? "Don't worry guys! He just wanted his machete back!"

And scientific intelligence is a different thing than cunning. Another thing you should keep in mind is that when Jason caught his victims off guard, he slaughtered them. But then when JASON was the one who got surprised, he ******* died.

You mean when he fought the Cyborg that had multiple future weapons and was roughly as strong as he was? The one he also probably would've beaten if he wasn't distracted?

Also Kay-Em isn't the best example to use since she would likely have stomped Michael much faster than Jason due to her firepower.

No, I mean Brodski.

Michael would've died a bunch of times if the endings for every Halloween movie weren't retconned.
And that matters? Also, why did you make this thread if you were sure Jason would win?

Brodski and his Space Marines never killed Jason. He rather easily killed the entire squad. He was shot yeah, but he easily recovered or just tanked the gunfire. Something Michael likely couldn't do considering the Halloween 4 ending.

The bullets only knocked Michael back. It's just that he fell down a mineshaft, had to crawl away fast enough to avoid a dynamite explosion, and then tumbled down a river, all without recovering.

Jason survived orbital reentry in all of the expanded universe stuff. Here's the comic versio. But even if you assume he doesn't live, the same thing would've also killed Michael so it doesn't mean much.

Also they didn't just knock Michael back. They put him into a one year coma.

As I've been trying to tell you time and time again, I'm talking about their movie feats. Also if the bullets themselves were what put him in a coma, how does a supposedly comatose person show clear signs of being conscience and crawl away quickly enough to escape a dynamite explosion?

Using just movie feats then Jason still blows Myers totally out of the water. Which is why he won by such a hard majority.

He crawled away while visibily injured, fell into a river, and collasped in a shack and stayed in a coma for an entire year. He was also taken care of the entire time. Unless you think a 20 foot fall was enough to put Myers into a coma, the bullets are the only possible explination.

In total Jason is physically superior, has better powers, and has many more ways to win over Myers.

Nitpicking, but he survived that.

The bullets did play a part but they definitely didn't put Michael in a coma on their own.

Not in the movies
The comic is intended as a continuation IIRC, and it is in fact listed on the profile.
