Jason has 2 times faster reaction speed. But Fun Gang has two acts, that combined increase their speed by 50%, and with Yellow mode they have attacks which are faster than them by 4 times. Gang will just bully him from distance.
You should stipulate in rules that control of timeline is restricted, as usually we do in DR matches

His key has following justifications for his resistance to information analysis:
Regeneration is irrelevant here, since Gang would damage him through Soul shenanigans. And he won't come back from soul destruction, isn't?
If I am reading correctly, it needs direct physical touch. Which would be difficult to achieve with 1.5x speed disadvantage, and two other members slashing him, if he tries to catch one of them

He could always get the jump on them with his stealth mastery and teleportation. He's also very familiar with the location since it's a Dark World made in Camp Crystal Lake, which would give him an easier time sneaking up on the DW.
Link doesn't work sadly. IIRC vortex goal was to drag his soul into another realm, which he resisted. It does grant him resistance against soul manipulation, but doesn't mean that he is immune to soul damage.
Enhanced senses. How strong Jason smells?
True, the attacks are still gonna hurt him, but they can't bypass his dura and regen to kill him due to the resistance.
Checking the profiles, only Susie has Enhanced smell with TreasureHunt, which could help, but it's only been shown to help reach Treasures a short distance away, so idk how effective it's gonna be. At most, she can tell when Jason's really close by, but at that point it's prob too late.
Jason's smell hasn't really been an issue when he's sneaking up on people afaik. And this is Uber Jason, so I don't think he'd have a smell considering he's mostly made of nanobots.
Even so, the Soul still has blind spots. Jason can hide behind things like structures or trees and the soul wouldn't be able to see him.
Ralsei has never tried that mid-fight before, likely cause it leaves the Fun gang vulnerable without the souls' support. The Soul also doesn't seem to see anything when thinking of anyone other than Susie so it prob wouldn't help either way.
He is never shown directly teleporting, but some scenes imply that he can, which is why he "likely" has Teleportation.
I wasn't insinuating that their attack would bypass his dura. His regen is only physical isn't? Can he heal soul damage?
Ralsei and Kris are perfectly able to do their deeds when Soul attention is on others. And their demonstrably can fight without direct intervention of Soul, so trying to attack Gang when Soul attention is on him wouldn't be very effective (and Soul will come back moment battle starts properly). Ralsei never uses it mid fight, cus there was no reason at all for him. But Kris used it to locate Susie and defend her(without direct Soul intervention)
We probably shouldn't use it then, if it's only time it's even implied.
