He died under less than a minute after coming into contact with the wind. Water's denser than air, so the Authority could very well instantly die in the lake.

No point. This is a stomp assuming you're using 10-C The Authority. The Anomalocaris easily consumed shelled animals far above The Authority's durability, putting it at a higher tier.
