I think Shrek takes this. Even with Jaws' flamethrower on his side, you still have Shrek, who casually put out a giant flaming torch with his fingertips and suffered no pain at all. Hell, why isn't resistance to flame manip on his profile?

Yet he didn't feel an arrow in his green seat he still has quite the pain tolerance though he did feel soon afterwards after pulling it off its a worth to mention, not to mention while yes speed is equalized Shrek does seem beyond more agile then Jaws could ever get anyways as there are more moments where he demostrates insane agility to boot such was the case in the altered timeline where not only did he effortlessely outpace a horde he also did these complex moves with ease:
