Well, all their status are equal if we are counting Shoutmon X7, Rika only posses a greater Range, but since them are equal destructive forces, then Shoutmon would be in a hard situation, allowing it to use the Superior Mode, and when it does so, it's game over for Rika, it is stronger in so many ways than her while in Superior Mode, and could defeat she with a single blow like it did against Bagramon, and no, Rika don't have enough power to finish off Shoutmon X7, just like it can't finish off her, without the Superior Mode.
