i think they should Beerus only could get that he is fighting but nothing else can't even tell the shape of the person (aka goku) while Baba apparently can't tell how earth will fair because it related with the saiyans

Seems more like plot than anything else. If Baba could see the future, there'd be no suspense.

Of course if I'm not mistaken Beerus said that his predictions were never wrong, Whis didn't denied either, he only said that Beerus was wrong that one time about a certain person. Which can probably have immunity as well.TISSG7Redgrave said:

Not sure about the Baba thing. But the Beerus scene seems far more like he's just having a bad memory or that the visions he's got were super vague. Not so much like Goku is immune to having his future told by psychics.

Baba is plot hyping + probably coming from the fact that she's leagues under the saiyans. If she can't see the future of what's coming in the plot, that's not enough to say that Saiyan's should outright no sell every precog or future vision out there, especially coming from a being that would rofl when compared to Baba.
Beerus case is a prophetic dream which he was having trouble remembering precisely. Even Whis says "Let's go home so you can take your time remembering". Prophetic dreams in fiction aren't always clear in nature. On the contrary, they usually give small hints of what's to come and the character has to figure that out.

Uh, Yhwach's powers were explained, maybe not as well as they should have been, but they were.
The only statement there is some vague thing from Baba that basically amounts to "the future is uncertain" and means nothing, and then a misinterpretation of Beerus' bad memory.
