Shouldn't they be abstracts though? Dialga and Palkia are made of pure energy based on the anime and are space and time itself.When they're outside their domain they can become physical I think.

To be honest,it's commmon knowledge Dialga and Palkia are the embodiment of space and time itself.Arceus should really have conceptual transendence since he existed before everything,and created the very conceptual foundations of his multiverse.
