If he starts with it,it would be an easy win.However Shinobu has some good ways of dodging it (turning into fog,fire,going inside the shadows).She can also duplicate herself to make an equally powerful clone.

She also has TK too.

I’m assuming Blackbeard is baseline.So Shinobu one-shots him.

Also can he keep the things the black hole sucks in indefinitely or does he have to expel? If he expels,Shinobu regens and proceeds to 1 shot him.

Can the blackhole absorb intangibles? Speed equal means it would be very hard to actually avoid for her?Her best choice would be to yeet herself into the shadows.

No, it can only absorb tangible objects.

Well yeah in that case my vote goes to Shinobu.She can regen from any attack that isn’t the black hole and could just dodge the black hole by turning into a shadow.

She also AP stomps him too and has some good options for movement.

He goes full black hole in marineford arc, but hold back a bit then use it when fighting Ace before marineford. I don't remember any other fight.

Both. You can coat your ability with Haki i believe. Tbh i don't remember much though. Tell me if I'm wrong about this one.

Just wondering, since I don't think shadows fall under the spectrum of elemental abilities when compared with most Logia (e.g. Ace having Elemental Intangibility with fire). Then again, I could be wrong.
