Can Shinju make a heavy storm like "heavy rain"?
Charizard has versatility advantage. It can paralyze or burn the Shinju.
How does work Pokémon abilities respect Verse Equalization?
Shinju's Cataclysm'd work if it's thunderstorms and tornadoes. I'm not seeing Charizard get hitted by floods if it can fly.
