Shin Godzilla VS The Doctor

Both are in character, The Doctor has no prep and starts off as David Tennant, Shin Godzilla starts off in fourth form, Battle takes place in Cardiff, Both start off roughly 100 meters away from eachother, Also the Doctor has access to his Tardis and has his Sonic Screwdriver. Man that's a lot to clarify...

Just wanna know if this is a stomp or not.

The Doctor time could travel back before Shin Godzilla even began eating nuclear waste and there goes the fight.

If that's not in character, then his Sonic Screwdriver's forcefield better be enough to prevent him from getting obliterated because physically, he's only Small Building level. It also has to be passive because Shin can attack him faster than he can move even if his reaction speed is good enough.

Then again, there's also the probability thing, but I'm not sure how that works in this sort of stuff
