As seen on Godzilla vs Evangelion video, During a showcase for the new transportation vehicles GLAUX, Godzilla suddenly shows up in Osaka-III, believed to be another Angel and the possible suspect behind the storms. NERV sends the Evangelion units out to stop him. Despite their efforts, Godzilla withstands the attacks from all three units and swatted them away before charging his atomic breath. However, instead of aiming at the units or the city, Godzilla fires his beam at the sky, striking an invisible target that triggers a large explosion. The fireball changes shape to the form of a three-headed dragon, revealing the true culprit behind the attacks, King Ghidorah.

Also Forcefield generation and longevity since was said this Ghidorah travels the universe destroying planets.

Movie Shin Godzilla doesn't have EP but the G vs Evangelion one... the proposal is to make a new key in Shin profile for the crossover incarnation

The crossover Shin Godzilla is Small City level+ scaling from Shin Ghidorah.

The speed will scale too

The only new power it has is the Extrasensory Perception, the rest is all similar to movie Shin Godzilla: the intelligence, the lifting strength and the range.
