• Martial Arts: He is adept in various martial arts techniques, such as boxing and judo throws, and sprinted at high speeds in episode 21 of Zone Fighter to rescue Zone Fighter from Jellar. As stated by the suit wearer Harou Nakajima, Godzilla is adept in wrestling, and the actor of the monster is a black belt in Karate that he incorporated into the Godzilla scenes.
• Self-Sustenance (Type 2): Can survive without food for long periods of time like when he was encased in an Iceberg during seven years prior his battle with Kong in the '60s and as obvious he didn't need food for that time.

Aside from his skill in hand-to-hand combat, he frequently demonstrated the ability to coordinate attacks with his kaiju allies, including Rodan, Anguirus, Jet Jaguar, and King Caesar. He was also able to kill Hedorah by powering the Giant Electrodes constructed by the JSDF with his atomic breath. The Showa Godzilla in particular seems to possess human intelligence and is capable of abstract thought and communicating with other kaiju. This is demonstrated first in Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster, where Godzilla holds a conversation with Mothra and Rodan, which Mothra's Shobijin translate. Godzilla also is shown "talking" to Anguirus in Godzilla vs. Gigan, their conversation taking the form of speech bubbles in the Japanese version, and garbled speech in the film's English dub.

Godzilla (TriStar)

• Underground Mobility: Godzilla also has shown a remarkable burrowing ability, able to excavate the thick tar and concrete around New York with ease. Using this advantage, he was able to escape and hide from the United States Army.
• Gas Manipulation: The TriStar Godzilla lacks the Japanese Godzilla's iconic atomic breath, though he possesses a "power breath" (strong flammable winds of gas) which he can also ignite to form a wall or blast of flames. This power breath can send things weighing several tons flying away, including cars.

When Orga kept regenerating himself in a fast pace, Godzilla decided to go after Orga's core and used a nuclear pulse to destroy it, thus exploiting that weakness and ultimately defeating Orga.

Megaguirus Godzilla

• Temperature Manipulation: The dorsal plates create a tremendous amount of heat when the atomic ray is being prepared.

GMK Godzilla

• Instinctive Reaction: Struck a Mothra without having any sensory clue it was behind him.

Kiryu Saga Godzilla

• Weaknesses: After the climactic battle of Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla, Godzilla was left with a large chest wound which didn't fully heal, and became scarred over the events of the following film. This wound became a weak point in Godzilla. In addition, this Godzilla displays very little strategy or complex thought while fighting, and appears to rely mainly on animal cunning and instinct.

Shin Godzilla

• Oh yeah, she can warp time completely and warp reality.

Minilla

• Minilla also has the ability to communicate with his father over great distances by broadcasting a brainwave pattern over radio frequencies. This ability interferes with other radio transmissions in its vicinity. This signal has the ability to disrupt other forms of electrical transmission such as radar and radio.

Mothra (Showa)

• Underwater Breathing (Type 2): In her larval form, Mothra is capable of swimming large distances across the ocean, traveling from her home of Infant Island to Tokyo.
• Asexual Reproduction: Mothra is said by the Shobijin to lives on through her offspring. Since no mate is ever seen, Mothra can presumably reproduce asexually.

Mothra (Heisei)

• Self-Sustenance (Types 1 and 2): She can live in vacuum of space and apparently doesn't need food.
• Spaceflight: This one is pretty obvious isn't?

• Healing: Heals Battra from near fatal injuries

Fairy Mothra

• Resistance to Bone Manipulation (Is an invertebrate.)
• Scanner: Fairy can scan things to find lifeform essences.
• Telepathy: Mothra has a psychic connection with the twin sisters Cosmos.

Mothra (GMK)

• Needs Telepathy removed since she doesn't have her own Shojobin to communicate with. She also lacked her hurricane force winds.

Mothra (Kiryu Saga)

• Underwater Breathing (Type 2): Both larvae are adept swimmers, and swam all the way to Tokyo under their own power to assist their mother against Godzilla.

King Ghidorah (Showa)

I cited a lot of them and most of the info cames from Toho Kingdom and Wikizilla.

The insects and other invertebrates should have Resistance to Bone Manipulation and also with the exception of Fairy Mothra who is 20 cm tall, the other kaiju in this thread all have Large size type 1.

Soo is necessary a scan of that?
