Shido Itsuka vs. Doctor Fate (7-0-0)

Well I'd vote for Shido because he has nigh-omnipresence. While Doctor Fate's intelligence is impressive but its not nigh-omnipresence.
 
Rasiel doesn't grant him nigh-omnipresence, and even if it did, he has to summon the angel. Otherwise, his intelligence is pretty average.
 
Probably Shido, he simply has way too many options for Fate to counter and Fates leading move is resisted

Thing is with Doctor Fate his standard leading move would be his energy blasts but if things don't work he could use something like power steal or power null.
