I would of posted this on the revision thread, which got shut down, but surely if we are accepting the mermaid queen was casting real lighting, shouldnt that make Shantae Massively Hypersonic for being able to react and dodge it?

Again, sry for saying this on the wrong sort of thread.
 
I don't think so, as MHS+ come from scaling the character's movements to that of the lightning. Shantae is practically frozen compared to it if I recall correctly.

Plus speed is equalized.
