Also, is Godzilla even able to use his radioactivity onto others? I see that it's his power source, but I am not sure chibi Godzilla is able to give cancer to other people.

Well,if its just base version of the characters,well,Shaggy wins,the only problem against him would be radiation, which im not sure would be combat applicable since he cant abuse timestop as everyone was speaking about.
Also, Shaggy while in rubber got hit by A monster version of Superman who is likely low 7-C

If I'm correctly Kun without equipment only has Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Skilled in Hand to Hand Combat, Radioactivity. Which is makes this an unfair battle.

Yes he attacks by punches, he has a breath attack but that's only with power ups

Basically Kun's videogame key without items is one of the less haxed characters.
