Sentient Hand vs Sentient Mouth

I will summarize this as best as I can while still including relevant details.
Chatterteeth has literally no hax, but he's 10,000x baseline Low 2-C in AP. However, since MH has access to summoning every item, every fighter, every assist trophy, and every Pokemon. This gives him access to Status Effects and OHKO options that would close the gap if used in tandem with his ability to alter the rules of the game, which he can use to set Chatterteeth's HP to zero.
Those options are MH's only ways to win this fight, so this boils down to whether or not he'll think to try them before Chatterteeth even touches him, and although MH should be far more intelligent with fights, I think he is most likely not going to, since there are a multitude of other things he might try before the things I mentioned above, even after noticing the AP gap.
I'd say Chatterteeth would take it 8/10 times.
