Senku has 2 hours prep and access to all his shit in the village, which means he can pretty much make whatever he wants. Bombs, guns, carbon fiber armor, maybe even a tank if everyone works there asses off. He can make Sonic weapons, electric weapons and vials of acid.

Assuming Saitama has always been a reckless fighter, I'm giving this to Senku low-difficulty. Senku is familiar with more skilled fighters and is already super cautious so he won't be underestimating Saitama anytime soon.
