The senkaimon was used by the Shinigami to exile their criminals to the Dangai. As they can also open it in the Human World, doesn't this give them at least some limited BFR?
From what we've seen, Garganta operates in a similar fashion, just that it does not connect to the Dangai and can be opened anywhere (including the Dangai), giving people like Ulquiorra both BFR and resistance to BFR.
