Well Xeno Goku only goes to Super Saiyan 4 and GG. There's also the fact that he passively reduces Illumina's stamina to nothing.

Better fighting experience, better versatility in his hax, better hax in general due to Illumina's very limited appearances, and stamina-fuckery.

The only advantage Illumina has is her identity in being a second layer of abstraction, which iirc Xenoku can still interact with.

Xenoku slams, if it isn't a stomp (which I'm tempted to say it is but ehh).

Not going to lie with you here chief, I don't see much what UM CC Goku can do here in this fight. Dude doesn't have his resistances to Dark Factor and Time Power like he does in BBM, doesn't have any of his hax obtained from the Universe Tree or the Keysword he gains in UGM, and while his NPI allows him to interact with conceptual entities and objects he's just go no way around Illumina's supposedly thought based CM.

I may be missing something here, but I think this match doesn't work no matter how much you swing it. Either use a weaker CC Goku and he gets screwed over by thought based CM or you use anything from BBM and beyond and Goku's hax and resistances screw her over. So I think I'm going to go with inconclusive, but only because it depends on what version of CC Goku you use.
