Looking over his profile, Loid does have SI, and Slimer is kind of susceptible to that stuff, so he might have a chance. But I’ll wait for other people to respond.

Alrighty so with a week to prepare, Loid would likely be able to gather enough information on Slimer to know that she can be swooned by social influencing, which Loid does have some great feats for, and with Loid's Analytical Prediction and Enhanced Senses combined with his general agility, Loid could likely get her to stop fighting and win that way. Slimer does seemingly have good AoE attacks such as Fire and Explosions, but they both require her to be really angry, and I don't think she'll start the fight like that. I'm leaning Loid for now.
