— Otherworldly Transcendent Physiology —

» Unconventional Resistance to Laws of Order, or to say, Laws of the World

Otherworldly Transcendents have the trait of rejecting the laws of the world, which is basically Idea (look it up above, I've mentioned it in the Bright Tai Chi Pangu Sword one) hence making them to be outside of the laws and make it inapplicable to them, as they followed the Laws of Disorder.
Mephistopheles observed everything from outside Worldlines, which meant that the existing restrictions and laws didn’t apply to him and that he was in a completely different league compared to ordinary Celestials. - DTR Ch. 291
The shadow that wavered around Boo made his blood run cold. It was a strange energy that seemed to deny the laws of the world. Now that Boo/Faust had the Pale title, he was a transcendent with divine authority. It was difficult to tell whether he was a god or a demon, but he was clearly a divine being. However, the aura of transcendents who ruled over laws wasn’t there, as though he weren’t transcending the laws but rejecting them outright.
‘Just like… an otherworld god…!’ Alcyoneus’ eyes widened. Only then did he read the energy spinning around the being: laws of the otherworld, also known as disorder or chaos. It was the same as the powers of the creatures who called themselves the old rulers! ‘No… with that much strength… he’s almost an Outer God…!’ - SLR Ch. 582

And because of that, it should lead to the abscence of those Laws and its personification, which is the existing Concepts, making them to be lacking those aspects, one such case is below, with the case of them lacking the concept of time.
The Eight Gods of Disorder likely could ignore this movement in the “small wheel” given their strength, but Yeon-woo was confident his plan would succeed. He thought, ‘Since they don’t have the concept of time.’ If they were suddenly met with a strange concept, they’d be defeated before knowing what hit them. This was what Yeon-woo was aiming for. He didn’t intend to use the small wheel to fight them; that would be pure recklessness. Although the concept of time was a weapon that would surprise them, they'd be able to understand the unfamiliar concept quickly and counterattack. Then, the weapon would become useless. - SLR Ch. 662

— Outer Transcendent Physiology (Superior version of Otherworldly Physiology) —

» Reality Warping, Causality Manipulation, and probably Omnipresent?

I supposed I don't need to explain this one
There were a few otherworld gods who were far away, pretending not to care, but they continued to show interest in Yeon-woo. They were on the same level or as powerful as the Crawling Chaos. The Black Goat of the Woods with a Thousand Young, the Nameless Mist, the Source of Uncleanliness, the Green Flame, and the Harbinger… They were beings Yeon-woo had only seen in the revelations. To be exact, they were creatures who the heavenly world’s beings only observed and had never actually faced.
They had the traits of distorting reality, manipulating causality, and appearing ubiquitous. From the perspective of the imperfect divine beings, the Outer Gods were so powerful that they seemed omniscient and omnipotent. - SLR Ch. 661
