I'd argue that Scorpion's regen would keep him longer in the fight unless he gets blown up from the inside, but seeing how his opponent resists his main form of attack and has higher AP than him, I'd say Trevor takes this.

Why is Scorpion 'Small Building level'?? Is there a calc or something? I don't remember him or Sub Zero do anything like that in the movie...

Anyway, Scorpion in the movie isn't that scary compared to what's in the Castlevania anime. he only fought once and he didn't even win until that bland OC donut steel protag came to help him, and none of the three would even be that impressive by Castlevania standards. half the monsters Trevor beats every episode would **** the whole cast we saw in that movie all the way up. I'm pretty sure Trevor's got this.
