I know a lot more about Wanda than I do about Zatanna so I could be wrong here but for rn I'm saying Wanda just because of the amount of hax

I actually disagree, Wanda doesn't use alot of her hax in-character, especially as opening moves, something QUITE different from Zatanna, who opens with Transmutations more often than not.

For all her hax Scarlet Witch is considerably less likely to use them. Voting Zatanna
