Wanda should take this, the only way that Superman has to win is if speed wasnt equalized, and in speed equalized, his only chance is to attack her physically, which wouldnt happen due her hax, so, yes, my vote goes to Wanda

How exactly does Superman win then? If he has no way of reaching her, this would be a stomp, especially if we're talking in-character

This is a stomp, there is no way to it be, speed equal = wanda stomps, speed unequal = superman stomps
