Scaling chain error

I have an issue with a scaling chain...
  • Character A is Unknown due to having no feats outside of:
    • A fight where he has an artifact (a book) with confirmed 4-A AP.
  • His durability is then listed as 4-A according to the profile.
    • This is questionable, since attacking with a weapon of a certain AP does not inherently make the wielder’s durability that level; it only confirms the weapon’s durability.
  • Character B is calced as 9-B.
    • Character B is stated to require a specific sword to defeat Character A.
    • This would imply 4-A AP specifically through the sword if Character A truly has 4-A durability.
    • Character B can also take hits from the 4-A book while wielding the sword.
    • Character A can take hits from the sword.
    • The sword was stated to be necessary to defeat Character A before he obtained the artifact, and it still works afterward.
  • In another appearance:
    • Character A outputs 4-A AP with a different weapon, a scepter.
    • He later again outputs 4-A AP with the original artifact.
  • Character C is another calced as 9-B.
    • Character C gets stomped by the 4-A AP and cannot meaningfully damage Character A.
    • Character C can still survive hits from the 4-A attacks for a short period before being empowered.
    • Character C’s inability to damage Character A could be due to Character A tanking the attacks, or because Character C is being speed blitzed and cannot properly fight back.
  • Character C is later empowered by Character D, a confirmed 4-A, in order to defeat Character A.
    • After being empowered, Character C survives the 4-A attacks for exactly the same amount of hits as before.
    • The main difference is that Character C can now actually damage and defeat Character A.
    • However, being empowered by a confirmed 4-A character does not automatically make Character C fully 4-A in overall stats.
Based on this evidence, is Character A truly 4-A durability?

Character A's durability would still be unknown, since it's never shown to be buffed by his equipment and he never takes hits from a 4-A Attack. Likewise, the sword's AP is unknown, and the empowerment's stat boost is unknown, and both could simply be bypassing some type of Invulnerability.

The only thing truly known is that the sword and its empowerment abilities can grant 4-A Durability.

I have some CRTs to make then, the profiles in question were made several years ago so I'm glad I've caught this

What about Character Cs durability, since they can take the hits from the 4-A before empowerment?
