Like all of Sayo's High 4-C fight this depends on who Sakuya targets. If she goes straight kills Clockmon fast enough, she wins. Otherwise she gets Chrono Breaker'd. Even then Sayo has the advantage of having 3 High 4-C's to Sakuya's one self. And Clockmon doesn't go down easily.
