Save the World: Chapter 1

Man... I feel like I just got beat up by 10+ people all at once.

Rubbing my eyes, I wake up to an unfamiliar location, with a couple of strangers hovering a little too close to me.

Not knowing how to respond I just sort of stare at the two and don't say anything.
 
"Okay, I have a plan ... Melanie, do you remember when I talked to your frogs? Well ... I'll try to call a bunch of animals here to help us find the Stereo Sphere ... but I'll have to offer them something" I explain, turning Soul Ripper and taking it by the blade.

"I will have to offer them blood ... a lot of blood ... my blood, so ... even if the request is rather difficult ... who of you have a high enough precision to cause me such a wound to make me shed a lot of blood but not to kill me? "I ask.
 
[I would like to point out that I could simply stop an animal and ask him for help ... but I am someone who loves to do things theatrically]

"Ah, i see you finally woke up." DJ says, stretching his slender arms.

"Do you want a short explanation or a long explanation of what is going on?"

@Iron Man group

"Since you are from another universe, i figure you don't know me, correct? My name is Tony Stark, AKA, Iron Man. I have many questions, but this isn't the best place to talk, isn't it?"

He looks towards the big ass building with a A on top, putting his fingers on his chin.

You find multiple detailed sighs, telling how a group called The Avengers was created.

There are other places, but they are blocked by some yellow tape, saying "No turists can pass through here."

The suspicious man happily walks around the streets. Looks like he's entering what seems to be a abandoned house. It looks dirty and broken from outside.
 
"Well Tony, we appreciate your help ... but I have animals to call and if you don't know how to make me bleed like a fountain without killing you I suggest you sit down and enjoy the show" I say as I pass the sword to one of my companions.

"So? Who wants to have this honor?"

Interesting story, much better than how our group was formed and surelly more fuctional.

I teleport to the other side of the yellow tape and go look at what's behind it.

Colis, wanting his team to remain unstabbed, telekinetically shoves Boris, then looks upon him with eyes of calm, unholy wrath

"I do not understand what travels through your head, but if you make one more motion to destroy this team, I will rip out your neck and compensate with your blood."

"That said, are you sure a blood sacrifice is really necessary? That seems drastic for someone who doesn't have Regenerationn."
 
[Every spell has a cost and the animals do nothing for nothing, and then I imagined calling the animals in a spectacular way ... but if I have to do it in the boring way so be it ..]

I once again said, seeing that Fancy Man skip over the "dead criminally-disable citizen" thing.
 
[Either way, you shouldn't spend resources because it's cool when said resources are something you need to live]
 
I look at Colis and sigh.

"Listen friend, everything has a cost ... but if we want to do it safely, so be it ... even though I believe four hundred pigeons scattered around the city to find the Stereo Sphere are better than four to which I promise bird feed "
 
".... Well, at least make sure the madlad dinosaur doesn't do it for you."

I give another sigh.

"Look, you follow the guy in the armor to the tower, I look for some pigeons and then I'll join you"

I tap him on the shoulder, filling him up with a ton of Hamo

"You'll need that."

I go to follow Iron Ma
 
"Hah...if you want to be OMGSOEDGYISLITMYWRIST, then suit yourself. If you still want to pay smartly, Uncle Hans's Trenchcoat is still here."

I then also follow Tincan.
 
Sprouting helicopter blades from his head, Boris took to the air, his blades spinning rapidly as they lifted him into the air.

"I sexually identify as an attack helicopter, and you will show me respect," The reptile said as he followed Iron Man.

"The second it's justifyable, I'm turning him into a mind controllable ghoul."
 
[This should give some atmosphere ... I imagined it with this theme,beethoven 7th symphony 2nd movement]

I shake my head in exasperation and then turn to the circle of runes.

I take a deep breath and take my sword as I walk inside the circle.

I rotate the blade quickly and with a clean cut, I get a wound that goes from the left breast to the right side.

Blood flows slowly and falls into the circle of runes.

I rise from the ground a few yards while I open my arms.


"Listen to me children of Mother Earth, I invoke this request and I offer you my blood as a pledge for your help"

The blood begins to descend until it fills the circle of runes.

"I ask for help from all of you, inhabitants of nature, I ask you for help! Birds that reign in the skies!"

A flock of pigeons hears the request and is approaching.

"I ask you for help! Animals scattered in the streets!"

Every dog and cat in the vicinity hears the request and is approaching.

"I ask you for help! Animals scattered in every corner!"

Lizards and mice come out of the cracks in the walls and their burrows.

"I ask all of you for help! Please accept my blood as an offer for this pact! Be my ears, be my feet, be my hands ... be my eyes!"

Every animal in the vicinity approaches Josian, drinking from the pool of blood while the pigeons circled above him.


"Look for the South! East! West and North! Search everywhere! Find the Stereo Sphere! One man can't do it ... but I ... I am all of you!"

Eventually, after the puddle became empty of his blood, all the animals left, fulfilling his request, finding the Stereo Sphere.

The view fades and I fall to my knees, my breath heavy as the wound slowly heals.
