In the episode Family Guy Fresh Heir, after Peter tears up his own birthday note, he disappears; however, after the scene shifts outside the house, he reappears as normal.

And we know that the house-moving scene is actually mentioned in the verse when Peter says this usually works here, meaning it works at a meta level to reset the plot or dangerous situations for them. So basically it's a real thing in the verse.

The show itself also has a meta element to further confirm this.
So yeah, Low-Godly Regeneration, and if someone says this is only Breaking the 4th Wall, well... I give up.

New: Okay, this probably isn't Regeneration but more likely "Limited Passive Plot Manipulation" since this "scene change" will reset the storyline and remove the long-term consequences they suffered, similar to Gumball.

I think this not Low-Godly Regeneration

I agree that Family Guy treats meta-elements as genuine parts of the verse, and Peter acknowledging scene transitions does support that these resets are “real” in-universe.

That said, I do not think this specifically demonstrates Low-Godly Regeneration. The scene shows Peter disappearing after tearing the note and then returning once the narrative cuts away, but that looks more like a meta/narrative reset than Peter regenerating from a surviving non-corporeal essence. For Low-Godly, there should be clearer evidence that Peter himself was actually destroyed and then restored.

So I think this works better as Breaking the 4th Wall

So could it be Limited Passive Plot Manipulation? Gumball has it too, because the Gumball TV show itself resets itself to the starting point after it ends and in that way, they don't face any long-term consequences, and in Family Guy, too, by showing the house, family, and Peter, they don't suffer any long-term consequences.
