Never thought these two would fight for strongest high 3-A

Honestly speaking, Sauron is fodder to the valar High 3-As of his verse.

He can't be strongest if Varda and Manwe exist.

The Maiar have good reason for their current tier. They helped create the universe. Together. The only people strong enough to Low 2-C are the Valar.

The Valar are way more likely to be low 2-C than High 3-A though...that lower key only exists as a lowball. Still, taking the scaling at face value your point stands.

Tolkien just has OP characters. The Valar (lowball) are probably some of the very strongest High 3-A characters on the site

Still, they are nowhere near high enough to be Low 2-C. Even accounting for three or four confirmed universes (Which were accepted as universes in a previous CRT), they still don't have the power to Low 2-C.
