You cannot restrict standard equipment and the 6-A only applies to cutting power, meaning, she cannot bust continents with it but can only cut people up to 6-A.

A match where one character has no In-character wincons, Meliodas sure as hell has in-character wincons, hence it not being a stomp.

I don't know why you lack the ability to read the wiki page explaining it, but, okay.
A stomp match is when a match is so unilaterally one-sided in the favor of one character to the point that the opposing character has 0 wincons. ZERO wincons. Which means, no chance at victory, absolutely 0 chance.
Meliodas has a chance to win, and thus this is not a stomp. On the contrary, it is a DECISIVE match, which means that the match is merely clear cut in one-sides favor even if the other side has a chance at victory.
Why exactly you require me to explain this concept to you is beyond me.

That makes sense but a 6-A sword is still overwhelming and warrants a one shot. It's either should be restricted(doubt it) or change the character completely imo

For the love of all that is holy or unholy, Bakuzan is only 6-A in CUTTING POWER.
And even if it is, that doesn't mean that Meliodas has no chance at winning, as a single solid hit from hellblaze can, and will kill Satsuki. That is a wincon.
