AP/SS/Dura: Satsuki has a decent advantage here.
From what I can tell, Mel's scaling chain is: Unsealed Mel stomps base Galand who stomps Sealed Mel with Lostvayne and Wrath who is stronger than Post-Training Diane who oneshots Albions who are stronger than Sealed Demon Mark Meliodas who is 850 Kilotons.
Satsuki's scaling chain is: Post-Harmonization Satsuki is equal to True Synchronized Ryuko, who is stronger than Nui, who is significantly stronger than her clones, which are stronger than the MK II Elite Four, who are equal to Pre-Synchronization Satsuki, who is equal to Post-3 Star Ryuko, who is stronger than Berserk Ryuko, who is 2.8 Megatons.

Speed: Equalized

Lifting Strength: Mel by a wide margin (Class G vs Class M) but im not sure if it will make much of a difference here

Stamina: Satsuki holds a pretty big advantage, being able to function for a month without rest and scaling to people who can do the same. This actually plays pretty heavily in Satsuki's favor seeing as Mel's regen is heavily stamina-based.

Range: Mel by a bit, Tens of kilometers vs several kilometers, but im unsure if its in character for him to willingly range spam his opponents so someone may need to clarify.

P&A: Funny enough neither have any resistances that would matter here. As for offensive abilities, a lot of Mel's arsenal isnt going to be super useful here due to his stuff primarily either being anti-magic (Attack Reflection, Power Null, Power Absorption), is out of character for him to use (Soul Manip, Info Analysis), dont really hold any bearing on the fight itself (Hellfire regen nullification, Resurrection), or are things Satsuki has already dealt with in the past (Flight, Regen, Rage Power, Stat Amps, Air Blades, Duplication, Damage Absorption, Aura). Satsuki on the other hand, while not having as varied a powerset as Mel, has frankly absurd stealth and afterimages seeing as she can bypass the senses of Uzu, who can passively sense everything around him for hundreds of kilometers down to the slightest muscle twitches and eye movements that people make. Im unsure if Mel has dealt with anything quite like that but that alone may be enough to put this in Satsuki's favor, as she is able to use this mid-combat and in CQC against Uzu.

Skill debate to come after some of the above stuff is clarified

Why is Hellblaze specifically a wincon? Satsuki doesnt have regen and can counter it with her willpower shockwaves. RC is a bad idea in general, not only because one of Satsuki's closest allies uses an identical technique as their main fighting style meaning she would more than likely recognize it, but that means he'd be allowing Satsuki to land blows with a sword that can cut 6-As
 
So how hot is hellfire? satsuki has a resistance that is in the thousands of Celsius, also

Oh.... cheking meliodas Haxs he has some really good passives, so i guess a stomp i don't think satsuki can do much before corruption kicks in, unless is not combat aplicable, or takes alot of time

Hellfire has resistance negation so it will burn unless you resist hellfire
